Our Billing Policy

Our Charges are reasonable and “value for service”. Our Professional charges are computed on hourly basis, some are customized on project to project basis or on a lump sum unless the firm is retained by a client for a fixed period or on other terms that may be mutually agreed upon. Our approach to professional charges is flexible and we do not adopt rigid structures. The Professional Charges are computed on basis of the areas and complexity of the matter. We bill our client in USD, EURO, STG or INR depending on from where the client hails and on the requirement of client.

We believe that for the client’s money, only the client should decide and control how to spend their money on legal costs. We enable them to make a decision for themselves and this is an essential part of the counseling that we provide on any legal issue you bring to us. We ensure that our client pays only when we are actually working for them.

We also provide services for a fixed annual, quarterly, or monthly fee. We ensure that our fee approach meets the goal of providing value to our clients for which our clients seek our services.

We take enormous strides in building our client base and a good reputation in the international market. In case you want to know the billing structure for your case or for some research based work please use either our Submit Your Query Form or the Project Submission Form providing in the facts of the case, we will do the pricing and provide you with the exact charges for your case.

You then have the option to confirm the project. Once you confirm the project so ordered, we will provide you the list of payment modes you can opt. All charges are included in the project price quote. We will never bill an amount exceeding the project quote so provided.
