Job Title:

Legal Consultant/Legal Assistant/Legal Researcher/ Paralegal

Office Location: New Delhi

Nature of Work: The purpose of this post is to provide legal research support to our offshore clients in matters related to family laws, bankruptcy, immigration and other allied and incidental services inclusive of but not limited to obtaining instructions and acting upon them accordingly, drafting and filing applications and liaising with relevant authorities. Full training and supervision will be provided to successful candidates.

Key Tasks:

  1. To attend and counsel the clients online by assessing there cases under the relevant rules as mandated by the various authorities.
  2. To resolve client queries, issues and keeping them abreast on the developments relating to their matter.
  3. Drafting the applications/motions and relevant documents.
  4. To be proficient and to use the firm’s in-house database to record client matters.
  5. Negotiating and liaising with relevant authorities and obtaining feedback and update on the status of the applications filed after seeking instructions from the client.
  6. To initiate, forward or respond to the correspondence as may be necessary in the course of official duties immediately, so as not to hinder the workflow.
  7. To work in close association with the other staff members.

Key Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification (Law students are also welcome).
  2. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Internet, MS package and good typing speed.
  3. Excellent communication skills including strong drafting skills.
  4. Excellent analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
  5. Organizational ability: – to manage, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  6. The ability to work independently and also to work efficiently as a team member contributing to the growth of the organization by sharing best practices.
  7. To maintain office decorum as practiced and observed customarily.
  8. To observe integrity in professional associations, work and behavior while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Legal Transcriptionist

Office Location: New Delhi

Key Tasks:

  1. Any graduate with good command over the English language, comprehension skills and a capacity to listen with concentration to pick up every word.Familiarity with American/UK culture and its social mores, its peeves and passions will be an added advantage.
  2. Excellent typing skills are a must.
  3. Speed and accuracy are most essential.
  4. Time management skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills must with excellent verbal and writing skills.
  5. The candidate must be familiar with the software and Internet usage.

Key Skills:

  1. Fresh graduates or Graduates with 1-2 years of Transcription work experience (Undergraduate students are also welcome).
  2. Excellent spoken English

Nature of Work: The Front Desk Executives in our organization plays a crucial role in assisting clients, the general public and the service providers with the purpose of their visit or telephone call, and ensuring they are provided with accurate information or referred to the right person. The position requires a high level of customer focus, friendly and efficient reception service, with such additional administrative duties as may be accommodated alongside the reception functions and workload.

Key Tasks: The key tasks to be performed by the Front Desk Executive includes:

  1. Deliver quality service to all clients by maintaining professional manner, acknowledging all visitors and callers, responding promptly to their needs in turn and respecting diversity.
  2. Attend appropriately to each individual enquiry. This involves taking a helpful approach, establishing the purpose of the visit or call, assessing the service required and providing the appropriate response.
  3. Liaise efficiently and professionally with other staff with responsibility for administering specific functions.
  4. Use telephone or computer technology for communication, including relay of messages and to keep accurate record of client traffic and referrals.
  5. Assist clients with courtesy and adherence to procedures.
  6. Manage company’s postal communication.
